If you would like to register your family, download the Family Registration Form and return the form to Volunteer Grandparents at:

What happens once we receive your completed Family Registration Form?

• A home visit is conducted with your family
• References are checked
• You will be invited to attend an orientation session
• You will receive match information
• A meeting time will be arranged for parents to meet with a potential Volunteer Grandparent
• Match is finalized
• Ongoing support is provided
